When opening the app I'm getting an error message "This device does not meet the security requirements needed to protect your information or to use our app." This is a vague and useless message as I can take zero actions to find a solution. My phone is up to date, is not rooted, and has all the necessary security settings to be able to run work applications as well as personal ones. the app worked fine before the latest update.

Installed the app tried to get on a conference call it would not connect and now the app would not even open just goes to a black screen. When I tried to connect to a video call it just acted like it was loading forever. I need this app for my adoption process and have many consultants coming up. I deleted the app and reinstalled that seemed to help, but this needs to be fixed.

Getting a Device compatibility issue with the latest version with the below error message, "Device is not compatible! This device does not meet the security requirements needed to protect your information or to use our app." I have been unable to login to the app now. I had no issues till last week. update : after a fresh new install , the app is working properly.
