NOTE: One time activation is mandatory after downloading the new app before logging in.

After downloading the Mobile App, existing internet Banking Users can log in using their user id and password. New Users are required to visit the nearest Branch of Druk PNB for activation of Mobile Banking.

Important Tips:

1. Before downloading / activating App customers are requested to check availability of stable internet connection on their mobile handsets.

2. If login password is forgotten, customer will have to visit the nearest Branch

3. Please note that before transferring money to any DPNB Customer, you have to add the details of the Beneficiary/Payee in My Payees.

You are requested not to follow any link/E-Mail requesting to share your Bank Details, Personal Details, User ID and Password, One Time Passwords (OTP) etc. Our Bank never asks for such information from its customers. Please report any such incident at [e-mail]

pnb always giving problem with continuous update it's making difficult to the students those who are studying outside country as their register phone no would be block ...due to no use of bhutanes Sim.. we can't receive otp n making it frustrated... if we can receive otp through register email it would be grateful 🙏

It's the most convenient and life saving bank for those Bhutanese residing in india. Highly recommend. Only the Bhutan bank that works perfectly in India and can be trusted the most of all.

Really worst app. Uninstalling it. The transaction keep showing error and when we try to do it again, it keeps deducting money but the amount doesnt reach to the other party. Lost almost 3k and and still when enquired with the bank, they say they are helpless. Money doesn't come easy. I hope it gets fixed as soon or rather have no online app for it
