Strength trainer and tracker for GreySkull to gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat. This app is like a strength and muscle building coach in your pocket. It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

Really enjoying the app, but it doesn't appear to respect the Weight Rounding or Weight selections? I have it set to round to 2.50 kg and the smallest plate is 1.25kg but I regualrly get weird combinations coming up like 63.75 kg etc which are impossible with the plates I've set. Also in the workout session itself, when I go to correct the weight setting it says "Please add more barbells/plates to get information" But if I try to add to the barbells tab is says it already exists. Frustrating

This app is absolutely perfect. I usually don't write reviews or purchase paid versions but this app is so good I bought the paid version after the 2nd workout. I cannot think of one thing that would make it better. It makes following a very straightforward program even easier and tracks everything so you can focus on the lifts. To me it looks like the developers combined the best aspects of the starting strength and stronglifts apps.

Good workout, but app is kind of clunky. Biggest problem - when set to kg progression makes no sense. My next workout it's saying put 11.88kg on each side, even if I set my lowest plate available to 2.5 kg. That's not a number I can make. So I have to adjust and manually remember if next time I'm rounding up or down to increase properly. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app tracking.
