Updating my review: My Dolphin Sigma robot works via the power supply button and/or initial start in the app. However, the app continues to give me a "Robot is not reaponding" error once cleaning has started. This issue started happening after an app update. Maytronics has not responded to my supprt case yet, but the issue I am experiencing seems to be common with a bit of research on the internet. I will update this review post-resolution if Maytronics responds.

Works very well. Setup instructions don't explain that your robot AND power supply need to be close to connect the first time so if you follow the instructions and your Dolphin happens to be in the deep end it will not connect. It also may be helpful to see that it DOES learn your pool using GPS. I have run mine 6 times and it has barely touched the stairs on any occasion.

* For the people that CAN'T get the app to connect to the robot * I was having the same problem. The app tells you to stay within 3 ft of power supply, so that's what I did & tried many times out back with no luck. Then, while IN my house at my dinner table, I decided to try again, not expecting anything. Then the app finally found it & connected. 1st through Bluetooth, and now it's on the WIFI. Crazy. Doesn't make sense to me, But hopefully this helps someone else not to go through this stress
