1) Constantly logs me out even though I'm still in store. 2) Very limited as far as options for the actual assembler goes. A) Can't update/correct/remove items assigned to pick list, like when something has multiple entries/not properly put in by store associates so they receive completion notice. B) No way to see dates when product needs to be assembled by. Which would help triage builds, manage time & increase production. C) Doesn't remove completed builds even though a check box is provided

After last update it sometimes will not add quantities to identical items assembled it says line item failed to update. Then I have to scan the identical product, remove it and then it will allow to add a additional quantity. Also very sensitive to location. Sometimes have to try several spots in store before it will give me the log in screen. This may be a location pin issue? If you cant log in at all the location may not be pinned or pinned to wrong location. Let DM know and home office can adjust. ALSO go to app settings location services and choose only when using app and not always this may help on battery usage? Still do not see a spot to add comment? Know you can search and add products from the top search bar of the data not found screen. Top where it says products. The completely logging you out after a certain time in store is WAY frustrating! I had very few issues before the last update!

When I try to get my key rec the system kicks me out. It can never find my location or it says the signal is weak even though it runs just fine throughout the day. But more often than not I have to call my manager and have him check me back in because the app keeps randomly checking me out of my events, sometimes even in the middle of me getting my key rec which point I have no way of checking back in. It's easy enough to use and the concept is great but it's full of bugs.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have recently released an app update that includes a comment section and sends a log of the app conditions that created the bug. If you would please submit a bug report the next time you have a problem we can resolve your issue faster.
