Constant app failure. Also, the restaurants rarely have what we order. Then, we pay for something we don't get. Responding to your response: No. Installing and reinstalling hasn't solved any issues that we've had in the last year and a half. We're stuck in a loop. The app opens fine. As soon as we try to see deals or make an order, we're told to use a magic link that's been sent to our email. We hit login in that email and get a dead screen. Nothing works.

Shane, most of the restaurants are operated independently, so menu items vary by restaurant and time of day. however, uninstalling and reinstalling our app works best to fix most issues. share details about your order here, and we'll come up with the best possible solution: https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/feedback.html

I consistently have to press redeem multiple times to use deals/rewards. Also, it does not let you use rewards AND deals in the same order. Last I checked, a reward was earned and should be usable any time, just like EVERY competitor app that does rewards and deals. Also, despite having a $1 $2 $3 menu, there is literally nothing on the menu for less than $2 and some change, even the drinks ever since they stopped the "any size drink for $1". Absolutely predatory app design as well as pricing.

This app works maybe 60% of the time. It very often will not let you add food, will not let you change location pickup, and then when you go to pay says that it encounters a problem. Sometimes it just freezes right on the homepage and doesn't even let you begin an order. I'm told to uninstall and reinstall which has been done but I shouldn't have to do that when I'm on the fly trying to order food on the go. The app is supposed to be convenient and it mostly is not. When it works well-its fine.
