Ratings and reviews

Everytime when open app you have to take time to pick a location before you look for coupons, and then it takes forever to update product information. Can't open any coupon at all. I stood in line waited for update for a while but still loading, I gave up and left. I think it is faster just to uninstall it and install the app only when you are interested in ordering at all.

Great when it works, but trash when it doesn't. Guess what? It doesn't work more than it does. Buggy as hell, cannot order all the time, also drains battery. Wasn't that bad a while ago. Edit: Few years later, it's as broken. Either can't place order, or the menu doesn't load. Difference is, every other restaurant or food ordering app is so much better now.

The only saving grace of the app are the coupons, but even so, does not work all the time. Sometimes, ordering in the evening shows the morning menu, and of course wont allow me to order. Sometimes items are out of stock, but I can easily order items from Keeta or foodpanda. Plus a lot of time, you cannot order because of resturant being busy.
