The LTS Connect app works to optimize your security experience, giving you full control of LTS series DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, the video doorbell, and access control. With more PT Cloud functions added, you’ll have video sharing capabilities as well. Start by creating an account and adding your security devices. Then you can live view, search and play back recorded video of all your cameras and optimize your other LTS security devices remotely from anywhere on a global scale. For weeks now, it constantly says the device is offline. Might come on for a day then and error again for weeks. Can see everything on the NVR and monitor so I know it's not the system or the internet connection. Wish I could change the number of cameras displayed to any number you choose. Both on the app and the nvr. Would not mind increasing the rating if this stuff gets fixed. The recent update seems a little better, but still have some issues with the connection. Increased a star.

Started using the app probably 10 years ago when I got one of their video doorbells. Never quite worked right. While watching event videos, sometimes the video just stopped. To watch the full video you had to stream multiple times and hope it gets through the whole thing. There were other little things that were annoying, but although frustrating, I could get it to work, somehow. Now I can't even watch the clips anymore. My advice, get something that can work without private software.

we have had this service for many years. I guess its time to go to a new more reliable service. We tried. The connection to our devices keeps getting broken and we get charged for every visit to reconnect. It would be more appropriate to let the customer reset. Cannot find how to reconnect online. Tired of getting bled for $$$.
