Used to work great, but for the past few weeks it can barely open before it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, that didn't help. Usually now when i open the app, it goes straight to camera like it wants to scan a ticket, but it's not scanning a ticket. Then I have to close the app entirely to get out of it. Sometimes (rarely) it works after that, or it seems fine until scanning and then tells me to take the ticket to a retailer because it can't scan right now.

This app used to work "decent" at times, but was able to at least check tickets & enter drawings. It decided not to work so well lately & noticed it had an update, from 2022. Even though I use it regularly & install the updates, figured I'd let it update again, since it wasn't working very well. Big mistake. Now it won't hardly work at all. It either has a pop-up block of "encountered problem", just keeps spooling or freezes up. It took me about a half hour to check maybe 10 tickets. 👎👎

This is starting to freeze up a lot when it didn't use to about 3 to 4 months ago. If it wasn't broken then, why mess with it and break it. It might just be on the androids, when I switched from iPhone to android, android took a long time to scan one ticket where I missed the iPhone, where the iPhone always scanned immediately. And then android fixed there app and it was just as good as the iPhone when it came to scanning lottery tickets. Now the android is back in the crummy spot.
