doesn't load had to install and delete 4 times and reinstall just to sign in app is freezing so you can't scan or enter tickets please fix the bugs

Doesn't work! This app is broken worse than the state. Didn't think THAT could be possible.

This app(company) certainly doesn't care about your problems with logging in or scanning etc! Instead to address the issue and fixing it thwy just keep telling you to reset your password!! So every time you want to check your ticket you must reset your password! And you can see they don't even bother to respond on all this complains.
