This app(company) certainly doesn't care about your problems with logging in or scanning etc! Instead to address the issue and fixing it thwy just keep telling you to reset your password!! So every time you want to check your ticket you must reset your password! And you can see they don't even bother to respond on all this complains.

if I could put zero stars I would. the app is trash. it doesn't work and just keeps saying error. I feel like this is just a info grab as they ask for address, ssn and d.o.b. don't use it just go to a store to check

The app doesn't work it hasn't in months. The new keno system sucks. It's almost like they went back to the late 90s early 2000s technology. You can not check numbers or scan lotto tickets anymore. It used to work beautifully till the system update they rolled out in May 2023.
