Conveniently Crashes Once SC began using the app, entering contest via the website was no longer available. That's fine if the app didn't crash so often and the barcode scanner was able to process tickets without saying try again later. I like being able to confirm that I won something using the app but that's only when it's working properly. Strange how it's frequently updated but the performance isn't improving.

I actively used this app for yrs. An update was required in 12/23 and the app has NOT opened since. The app acts like it's opening but then the page freezes and never does. I have had to use SC lotto website to access the info I want. Unable to scan any bar codes there. Uninstalling the app! After 2 months of waiting for app to be fixed & open is way too long. App does not open. Keep reading reviews before you download this app. It used to be cool when it did open but its over now.

Recently it was changed to require you to always give the location information, not only when you're using the app. There is zero reason for this. It also doesn't remain logged in requires you to authenticate each time, but it's broken so you have to close it and then you can log in. the only reason for installing is the ability to scan tickets. However you have to be logged in to scan tickets and that's where a lot of the problems are. If they remove the constant location requirement, its ok.
