App doesn't work!! I have been a VIP member for years. I went to enter the 2nd chance drawings and each time I try to scan a ticket, an error message comes up. I dont know if the entry was recorded or not. I then get lock entry message. What gives? It sounds to me like you can take our money without a problem, but everything else is broken!! FIX THE APP OR START FROM SCRATCH AND BUILD A NEW ONE THAT ACTUALLY W AND DOES WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO!!!

After years of using this app it is currently not working. Cannot make a purchase. Please note other comments. People are having the same issue. The location and alarm screen keep popping up and won't allow me to make a purchase. I can make a deposit but not able to make a purchase. After multiple complaints, you should be able to troubleshoot this. I have unistalled and reinstalled app. No luck. I can't find anything changed in my settings. It appears to be an app issue.

The only thing this app is doing is taking your deposit quickly!! Buying? Constant errors! Trying to check your drawning? "We didnt like this request". After many attempts I finally was able to buy but there is no way to check if my purchases are really there 😡 there was no confirmation if I bought it or not - the only sure thing is my money was taken. Piece of junk! Its easier and frustration-free if I buy from retailer
