If I could leave negative stars, it would be 5 negative stars. What a complete failure of a launch for their new app. You can't do anything on the app. Earlier I couldn't even get the app to load. It keeps saying my password is incorrect... NOT IT'S NOT!! So I hit the forgot password, and it either won't send a link to my email or when it does, it says the link expired. You just sent the link. How can it be expired already??

Had the app for years, always slow or not working right. Then it tells me the version I have is no longer working and to update app. I did that and now it says I don't have an internet connection and I do. Uninstalled app and reinstalled 3 times and still get that message and no access to app. Disappointed with this whole thing!

what's going on with this new update. I was able to open app only once after the new update. it didn't recognize my log in for the ticket checker. now it won't even let me open the app. it says I have no internet connection. everything else i have works with internet and wifi. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. still the same issue. old app was better
