About this app

Medanta eCLINIC app allows you to virtually consult a Medanta doctor (through video conference, phone call or by posting a query on the app), book a hospital appointment and access all your medical records. You can search for Medanta doctors by specialty, treatment or disease, or let the app recommend a relevant doctor to you based on your requirement.

The comprehensive app also allows you to view your previous health records – reports, prescriptions and discharge notes, and track your current lab and radiology reports. This also allows you to link your family members with your own account so that you can book an appointment for them or even access their health records.

If you are consulting a Medanta doctor for the first time, the app registers you and creates your Unique Hospital Identification Digit (UHID). This allows you to skip the registration queue when you visit the hospital for a consultation.

Ratings and reviews

This app is a waste of internet data and tim. Hospital Administration is brainless and keeps such fake and useless apps. I wish I could rate 0 stars. This app doesn't login, disowns its own OTP and no report or appointment or anything is shown in the app except the ID and Name of the patient.

Very slow responding app. Also usability is not that good compared to other apps like Artemis. Even after booking appointment, my appointment was cancelled without any information. When i booked at hospital that was not getting displayed in app. Lot of improvement is needed. Doctors profile also need to be there in app.

I am trying to retrieve my medical records but app login don't work, i reset the password still not able to login, it says connect to land line, called land line they say contact tomorrow. i was admitted in medanta few months back but when i want to show my medical records in emergency consultation in the night and not having hard copy, this is the response I received. So is the rating.
