I wish I would have found this company sooner. I had simple dose packaging for several years now, with 2 other companies one doesn't do it any longer and the other couuld take lessons from this co. and this app is by far the easiest app to navigate thru. if you decide to use this company you WON'T REGRET IT. you'll be so glad you did. They are really on top of thing's. this co. cares about their clients and the staff are so friendly.

The principle and the idea of MedBox pharmacy is an excellent one but the execution is a poor one. Customer service is everything but customer service. Their employees undergo some training but they seemed to forget it when they get on the phone with the patient/customer. They drown in a glass of water but not before causing harm to the patient/customer. For a simple refill too soon rejection, they tell the patient that the doctor canceled the prescription and put the patient through unnecessary

This service has been a game changer for me. i no longer have to sort through all my pills and separate them into daily pill boxes, no more accidental doubling of them. MedBox does all the work and even sent me a sturdy container for my Medication roll.
