About this app

The AudioKey 3 mobile app from MED-EL can be used as a remote control for supported MED-EL audio processors which are SONNET (EAS), SONNET 2 (EAS), SONNET 3 (EAS), and RONDO 3. Additionally, AudioKey 3 lets you customize personal settings, such as the names of programs on the audio processors. AudioKey 3 can be used by caregivers to support other users, such as young children. You can use the Find My Processor functionality to help locate lost or misplaced audio processors. AudioKey 3 also lets you check the usage statistics of the connected audio processors and quickly access helpful support material from MED-EL. If you own a MED-EL audio streaming device, you can configure it with AudioKey 3.

Key is making sure to use right app. I tried using Audio key 2 last week and couldn't get connected. it seems that app is obsolete. This one connected pretty quickly, thankfully. it may be good to add a push to the 2nd version to let people know it won't work and direct them to #3? would reduce the 1 on 1 support needed (i nearly scheduled until I saw #3 vs #2 there)

Incredibly disappointing I'm very disappointed with this app! It is clunky and very difficult to use! It is unresponsive. It is not working well AT ALL with my Samsung Android phone. It is unable to connect with the processor even after uninstalling, reinstalling, & restarting my phone. The phone & processor are right next to each other went it can't connect. Please do better, Med El!!!

I am very happy to have this app, I can see the percentage of the processor battery and also to control the volume... I wish if it was able for me to control equaliser, so I can adjust it by myself coz I can hear sound on the media but can't tell what they say
