- Order medicines for click & pick - Search & select the medicines you require, select a MedPlus store near you for pick up and confirm the order. Ratings and reviews

While the app itself is decent, their customer service is quite bad. My current order is three days late. I have raised multiple requests, but no response yet. I even called their customer service number, they assured me that my problem will be resolved immediately, but no luck. In any other business a delay of three days is not too much of a problem. But with medicines, no.

This app is simply put together by a bunch of morons. I ordered medicines from this app, I am bloody sick and need the meds, the order was placed around the afternoon, the price is paid, but the delivery doesn't happen. It's a basic thing for any app to make sure the profile holder fills up their address, but no they have customer care who will call you and take your address while confirming your order? Hello, the 80's are over. There is no tracker on the app, to see the development of the order

There is no "cancellation" button in the orders section. Once you have booked means you are booked. If you wish to cancel the order you have to go Help Chatbot and there you have to search for cancel order button. Always it is better to select "pay on delivery". There is no "expiry date" of the product going to be purchased. Single consignment option removed why?? Do we must go for multiple consignment option only??
