About this app

Lumo by Medsien brings simple communications with your doctor’s office to your fingertips so that you are always in the loop. It allows our patients to seamlessly connect and communicate with their Wellness Coordinators.

Patients can send and receive secure, HIPAA compliant messages to their Wellness Coordinators:

• Get quick answers to all your health-related questions and needs
• Review the readings and trends of your RPM devices in real-time
• Report your pain levels and symptoms to your doctor
• Share any updates or changes in your health
• Submit requests for refills, appointments, and more
• Get updates on your pending orders, referrals, and more
• Easy login to the portal using FaceID or TouchID

Lumo brings state of the art security to keep your health information private, secure, and HIPAA compliant so patients can enjoy communicating with their Wellness Coordinators at ease.

The Lumo app is only available through participating physicians in the Medsien network. If your doctor is not part of Medsien, ask them about Medsien’s remote care programs.

The app can't be used, the verification code never arrives. Totally frustrating. Useless.

I like the message option that works before or after your survey. Periodically someone calls you and get to speak with a real person.
