Lumo by Medsien brings simple communications with your doctor’s office to your fingertips so that you are always in the loop. It allows our patients to seamlessly connect and communicate with their Care Partners.

Patients can send and receive secure, HIPAA compliant messages to their Care Partners:

• Get quick answers to all your health-related questions and needs
• Review the readings and trends of your RPM devices in real-time
• Report your pain levels and symptoms to your doctor
• Share any updates or changes in your health
• Submit requests for refills, appointments, and more

Lumo brings state of the art security to keep your health information private, secure, and HIPAA compliant so patients can enjoy communicating with their Care Partners at ease.

Lumo is available to everyone. Some care features are for members of Medsien remote care programs.

I cant even access my messages anymore!!! Through the app!! When my care partner messages me!! I go into it and its nothing but a wellness page!!! I have to go through the internet on my phone to answer any messages!! What the heck is going on ??

It's okay but this is to easy.but I like being reminded when to drink water .

The app can't be used, the verification code never arrives. Totally frustrating. Useless.

Alongside the secure messaging and care tools you already use with your Care Partner, you'll now find gentle new ways to look after your everyday wellbeing, from a short daily health quiz to simple movement and a few quiet moments to breathe. A refreshed Progress screen brings it together so you can see your week at a glance.

We've also given the app a fresh look and made a range of small fixes so it feels smoother.
