I love that I'm starting to meet clients. But I can't always get messages. And today my potential client left before i got there because my messages didn't get them. Letting them know my eta because of the weather. And I can't read all my messages unless I'm logged in online. Please fix this issue. I'm losing clients because if it!

This was such a s disappointment and waste of time. Once you create a profile as A Doula, you are asked to verify your account n provide references.DONE. Still, account has remained inactive for 3 weeks now, even though my references were received/vetted. There is NO customer service, just some ai bot called jeleena who does nothing to help or fix the issue or even recognize it. App is TRASH. sad for Doulas & moms who really could use it. NO OPTION TO EVEN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!! calling BBB

App is great for connecting with potential clients. Update on 2/21/2024 I have been trying to access my account for almost two weeks with no response from support. I am highly disappointed about this.
