Mo ability to pay for the created international delivery via app. There is a displayed error code without any hint what might it cause. After speaking with customer support, I was forced to pay via the website. Also, the app was freezed and did create 2 identical applications. All of the mentioned issues led to frustration. That's why I wouldn't use this app anymore.

This delivery service is nightmare. It is completely unpredictable and rarely deliver on the expected date. Also, they refuse to take responsibility for the damaged goods despite the fact that the boxes have obviously been thrown repeatedly. I'd only recommend using this service if you need to move garbage around. And I'm looking forward to the day when certain online shops offer an alternative delivery option.
