order arrived past the stated time, when I opened the packaging the product was noticeably patchy and not fit for what I wanted it for. emailed customer service numerous times. originally they responded but it has now been a week with no response! disappointing all round I want my money back!!!!!

Only downloaded this app to rate the actual company. I bought an ornament for my mothers 65th birthday, it took almost 1 month to arrive and then a further month to attempt to claim a refund due to the fact it was incomplete, cracked during the creation of the product and looked nothing like what was advertised. The reasoning they gave for only offering me a partial refund was that they sent (what looked nothing like) the correct item. Please do not buy from this company.

I have an item in my basket on the website, however, my basket is ,apparently, empty on the app, I can't even find the item on the app when trying to add it! It's the most bizarrest thing! The item simply does not exist on the app, so I have to order my item on the website, which makes the app useless.
