I have trouble with this app every time I use it. When I'm close to purchasing a flight, I've gotten kicked out of the app and had to start all over with the search and entry portion only to find the flight price has increased dramatically. I also booked a flight last (after being kicked out), added it to "My Bookings" and today when I went on the app to look at the flight details, my booking wasn't found - maddening!

This app is only for people who can read in Portugese. So it is useless for anyone who can't. If you can read some Spanish, you might be able to get through it, but if your college Spanish is rusty like mine is, it's a pain the neck! Their marketing dept needs to revisit this. I recommend people book through an agent or on the website via laptop. UPDATE: the new App of 3/24/25 seems much better! Thank you for listening.

Still horrible. To access a booking, after logging in and verification is done, a text message or email code is then needed. This additional step is ridiculous after already being verified to login. When the phone number on your account is not a Portuguese number, the text message verification code is never received. However text messages for flight alerts to non-Portuguese numbers work. There is something seriously wrong with this app. I use 5 other airline apps without a problem.
