I have this service for free through work. every single time I try to use either this app or the website it is nothing but problems and extremely long loading times. One example right now is that I have just tried 4 different times to set up an appointment, when I reach the end to agree to the terms and submit the app closes and I have to restart the entire process. The service is nice, in theory and when it chooses to cooperate. This app needs to be worked on and fixed though.
