This is a great product and the app is easy to use. Two features I'd like to see are the ability to set a post to recur annually (for bdays and anniversaries), and also a way to deal with "board offline" errors. I get them once every couple of weeks and need to call my folks and ask them to unplug and plug it back in. I'm with them now and my app says "offline" but the board itself *is* online. Any tips for fixing this would be appreciated! Otherwise my parents and I all love this product!

We're really liking the memory board and it's been great so far after a few weeks of working with it. Only thing is we find the post scheduling in the app to be confusing. It seems like once you select an end date you shouldn't have to also go through and choose the days of the week, but if you don't the post still expires at the end of the first day. It would also be nice if the default no message screen could be a large clock and the date

the app works easy - wish there were more options when scheduling a post - like every other week or two times in the same week - but with different start times. The biggest thing I would like to see is the option to manage the board from my desktop not just my phone. Very happy there are no subscriptions or ads. Thank you for an excellent product.
