don't waste your time or your money this app has no audio when you're doing the exercises there's is glitches. when the audio just come up the workout freezes. during the rounds as it goes through the workout you are able to press to read the instructions for every round but unfortunately it pauses the workout at the same time. don't waste your time on this app. it is also challenging to get your refund back after that you purchased it from.

It's poorly thought out. The exercises are okay-ish, but it's essentially like they recorded the video, put it on a play list and hit shuffle and then produced it. Frequently there are exercises for one side and then there's not the reciprocating exercise for the other side (ie: side lunge left side, then no side lunges for the right side) the exercises are less then ideally sequential (random warm up or cool down stretch in the middle, or no warm up at all). EBook laughable.

Bought the premium subscription for the wall pilates program. I downloaded and put in my code just to be met with no premium subscription. I clicked the upgrade, they resent the same code for "recovery" and no where to put it. I emailed them and they said that the only program that the premium was SUPPOSED to cover was the one I upgraded with at that moment. That wasn't the program showing. I gave them a week to "look into it" and "fix it" before asking for a refund. I did however get that quick
