Ratings and reviews

Under the new changes this app went from my favorite to one of my least. I just saw something I wanted to buy, so I went to put an offer. I put $165 in, it said review your offer and my total comes out to $213.32! Nevermind I can find it somewhere else for less. That is a crazy difference from service and processing fees, etc. Crazy, hopefully they change it back or lessen some of their fees.

Glitches when I want to update my profile. I have to uninstall and install again. Now that they've removed fees for sellers they charge extra fees to buyers. I'm unsure this is going to make it more attractive for them to buy. Ex. Buying smt for $60 but then there's not just shipping fee, it's $6 fee, plus $2 payment fee, plus tax. That's $8 alone chatted by Mercari, not including the shipping and tax.

New policy change adds a ridiculous amount of fees for buyers. Anything that seems reasonably priced instantly changes at check out and will most likely make you cancel instead of finish checkout. This is also making buyers send low-ball offers to sellers. Unless you can find an amazing deal for something you've been searching for, I recommend to shop elsewhere. This is no longer the great app it once was.
