First off the new format layout for the mobile app is ugly. The old version looked better. And honestly stop messing with the mobile banking app when there is much more pressing issues for Meridian to address for example GIVE US A DEBIT VISA!!!! I've been a member for over 15 years and if we don't have debit Visas withing the next year I'm really going to consider switching banks

I honestly think the app is pretty decent on terms of layout and features, but its fatal flaw is it randomly crashes constantly. I think most of the crashes are linked to viewing my messages. Anytime i go in there, it crashes after any following action.

Cannot download anything Cannot get into accounts Tried 35 times to put cheques in bank. I cannot even get money in!!! I had to put the 9000.in ANOTHER BANK!! Just keeps spinning then going to ? I'm getting very fed up.Been going on for two years!! Called and complained many times,to no avail. Usually Meridian awesome??

What's new

New to the Meridian mobile app this month:
- You now have the option to require two-step authentication for every log-in for added security.
- Updated user experience when linking your wealth accounts in the app.
- Updates to the look and feel of the accounts home screen, grouping similar accounts to make them easier to find.
