I hate the adverts which appears before reading a message. For some reason some of the messages I send or receive shows up as block of white image, so have to use another platform to send messages instead. Not sure what is happening. Now I need to look for another messaging app.

I hated that they discontinued this ap in favor of Google messages on new Samsung phones. I went and downloaded it only to discover it.now comes with mandatory ads strategically placed so.you can't not accidentally click them. Basically getting a new phone is now an annoying pain and a downgrade and I'm now considering going back to Google messages even though I absolutely hate it. I wish my.old phone still worked.

App functionally is fine, but the absence of a way to remove ads is beyond irritating. if they just stayed a banner it would be fine, but they take up the whole screen! Rating would be 5 stars if I could pay a small fee to remove ads.
