Q: What is a Stars Code?


A: On Stars, your Stars Code is your unique randomly generated code that you should only give out to the people that you want to be added by on Stars. You can reset this for a new randomly generated code at any time. To add a friend on Stars, you will need to ask them for their username and friend code, and to be added on Stars, they will need your username and friend code.




Q: I don’t want to talk to someone anymore on Stars. What should I do?


A: Step one is to delete the person you no longer want to talk to. After you delete the person from your contacts, you will be prompted to reset your Stars Code - this way, the person you have blocked will have no way to add you again. All done! This is unlike a phone number, email, or public username, which you cannot just easily change to avoid someone.




Q: Can I decline add requests?


A: Yes! On Stars, you must first accept add requests first for that person to be able to message you. If you don’t know the person, or don’t want to talk to them, you can decline the request.

Okay so I have had this for me and my daughter for a few days now,wanted something that she could safely message me from her tablet on!!! . I don't hear anything when she messages me and there's no ringtone or anything when calling someone or they are calling you ,I have tried figuring out how to fix it but see nothing. This would be a big issue to fix and would give your app a five star. Besides that issue, this has been amazing and we can communicate to eachother easier when I'm at work

This is a great app for kids who are just starting out with a phone! My kids are a little young to have their own phone line just yet but this app doesn't require a phone line to use. Simply download, make an account, sync your user ID and Pin number to another phone, start! It's great to use for when I am at work, I can easily touch base with them. I can't always talk on the phone at work but a quick text to send to them is easy and it allows my kids to keep in touch with me throughout the day.
