when it works, it's fine. it isn't going to knock your socks off. But it does what I need it to do. But when it doesn't want to work it is beyond infuriating. I constant have issues whether I'm on Wi-Fi or 5g with work phone calls not ringing through, showing up as missed calls. I can be staring at the screen waiting for my boss to call from our office while I'm at home and it will just flash, call unavailable to pull. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. tried logging out daily, nothing helps.

The app functions ok, but recently the audio will change on it's own from earpiece to Bluetooth and in the middle of a call, my customer can't hear me. This can occur more than once and seconds apart. I've created multiple tech support requests and have had ZERO responses. There is no update available and uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. If you asked me today, I would tell you not to use this option as the support is non-existent as far as my own experience goes.

Adding more...... App will restart itself. Alot. Kind of annoying that I only use it once every 6 weeks but I get to force it to stop every day. Sometimes more than once a day. Not too sure on allowing the app access to all my files either. It's for work. Not for personal use. Dropping to 1 star. The app is seriously messed up. Seems the devs could care less anyways.
