This new update made this app pathetic, I added items into cart to order and cart getting clear automatically, this happened multiple time and I am unable to order through app. similarly there is an issue with website too, no options for selecting time slot is showing hence I cannot place the order on websites too, I confirm it with my friend this is happening with them too. The corresponding team should be concerned about this issue as it is causing loss to metro since customers are unable to o

I have never been able to pay by card, there is always some issue. The contents of the cart are mostly inaccessible, it takes forever for it to stop calculating so you can actually see what you've put in it. Similarly, the different categories and options take forever to load. A terrible app in serious need of a revamp.

Two issues, 1. why it's showing all items in your order when it's not fully delivered. Like I bought 5 items online each 100 price but 4 were delivered, the bill / list should consist of 4 items in App instead of 5 in your orders list and same delivered / accurate price. 2. I bought Menu Chicken Samosa 1kg but they supplied other brand which is a bit cheap in price but they charged full amount, I submit complain online thru app but no ACKNOWLEDGMENT email received and no action taken yet.
