About this app

WalkProof turns a walk through a property into a signed, tamper-evident PDF condition report.

Move-in disputes, damage claims and contractor sign-offs come down to whose photos and notes hold up. Loose gallery photos have no room, no condition and no way to show they weren't swapped or edited later.

• Capture by room: the in-app camera stamps every photo with time, room and GPS (when location is allowed and a fresh fix exists), so each photo is filed where it was taken.
• Flag conditions as you shoot: tap Good, Wear, Damage or Missing before each photo, so action items are listed first on the report.
• Get item suggestions and quality warnings: on-device image recognition suggests the item (Refrigerator, Sofa, Shelf) and warns about dark or blurry photos while you can still retake them. You set the condition; the app doesn't judge damage.
• Sign and seal on site: collect your signature and an optional second signature from a guest, tenant, owner or client, then seal. Every photo's SHA-256 fingerprint goes into a manifest signed with your phone's key, so any later edit shows.

REPORTS
• US Letter PDF: summary, action items by severity, photos room by room with a watermark stamp (report number, time, GPS), sign-off and an integrity seal.
• Each report is shared with a small verification file. Anyone can check it at meyerappstudio.com/walkproof/verify — it runs in their browser and uploads nothing.
• A network time check records whether photo times matched network time and flags photos taken while the phone's clock was wrong.

COMPARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Open Compare on an inspection to see it next to an earlier one of the same property. Photos pair by room and item, and each pair shows Worse, Better or Unchanged, plus items not photographed this time.
