I am a corporate user of mfine. this is the worst app , and I will not recommend anyone to use it for lab tests. I scheduled a fasting lab test at 10.30 -11 AM, schedule time had passed . I tried to raise multiple support tickets but got no response ,instead of getting a test message that the support team will reach the post 2 hours. So they are expecting us to keep fasting till they call at their availability then update even if the technician is coming or not for the sample collection.

Good Services but many things can be improved like, delivering medicines, cancellation of any appointment and it's refund, reaching out to help line. can be improved. Overall average. App is not updated with latest info from labs & scan center. I had poor experience today.

there is a bug in the app that does not properly update the state, when we select any person/patient name, it often shows the name of some other person then also during the consultation screen, and even the message received on WhatsApp bears the name of that other person ( not the person who actually consulted the doctor). Also there is no option to change the language of the chat on the consultation screen. I tried to get it to english but somehow it was still coming in hindi. kindly fix these.
