I am a long time account holder & app user. I suddenly got an error message (stated data network was busy and to retry) that would not let me log in. I called the bank and there were no issues with my account. Customer service really didn't know what could be wrong and couldn't really help. I emailed app support and never got a response. Finally, I uninstalled the app, installed again and then I was finally able to log into the app. Besides this issue, the app has been good.

This app is horrible!!! I don't understand how A Bank can not get an app for their Customers that actually works!!! I've never had a banking app this glitchy in my life. I either get an "authentication error" or "server down" error message. Which then FORCES me to login through the browser, extremely inconvenient and time consuming for a "simple" balance check!!!

The app can only be used in portrait mode, not landscape, this is very annoying. I bought a keyboard for my new tablet but I cant use it for banking due to this limitation. Please change back to displaying deposits in green font. I liked it better when deposits displayed in green font, they stood out better.
