the app is extremely basic and doesn't allow for external transfers, from one bank to another. I've been told their team is working on ways to improve the app, unfortunately that team is the problem. they created the app and haven't kept up with the changing trends in technology. this app is like using an app from 10 years ago.

Frustrating to use. Forgets my device at least 2 times a week forcing me to re-enroll. Fingerprint scanner will work for a day or two then go back to forcing me to use username and password. When able to log on, the app itself has limited functionality compared to other banking apps I have used. Really needs to be fixed and improved on.

Constantly forgets the device. Fingerprint worked for 1 day then continues to say that it needs further identification. Then occasionally it gets to the point where I have to uninstall and reinstall because "the data network is busy or unavailable" gets glitched and stuck on loop. Ridiculous!
