Why bother having a fingerprint login option, which is very convenient, only for it to stop working after every 10 times or so? When it doesn't work, it says something like "Authentication required" and I have to resubmit my login info, enter a security code that's texted to me, confirm my phone number and "enroll" my phone again. Then I have to go to settings, turn fingerprint login off and then on again. That works, but only lasts a few days. This has happened so many times I've lost count.

At first the app had some bad functionality so I deleted it and just used the website on Google Chrome for account access. The company said they updated the app so I downloaded it again and now I am unable to login at all, I just get a "invalid credentials" error code. meanwhile the exact same login information works fine on the website. DO BETTER

Will not keep me signed in with username, and every time I open the app,I've got to validate the account. Get a text with validation code, then sign my phone number up again to the number they just sent the code too.
