app works great. however. I feel there should be some (i) information pop ups.. e.g. in transfers, there appears to be redundant options in frequency, like "one time" and "today only".. what's the difference? I haven't used all the options in the app, however. I shouldn't have to call the bank to ask them what the difference is. simple info pop ups with brief explanations available would improve the user interaction. hope this helps. :)

App occasionally will lock your account saying your password is incorrect even if it is the correct one, and having to call the bank and reset everything is a hassle that you should not have to deal with every 3 or so months super aggravating.

i am loving this option to deposit my checks. since the bank in ridgeway closed, i dont make it to eagleville very often and this is very handy. i just wish ya'll wasnt so super strict concerning nsf's or overdrafts. that makes it hard when this option is not allowed due to having those happen for what ever reason.
