I LOVE First Bank and their team! But this is the worst banking app I have seen. I have to uninstall and reinstall every 2 days. Or I go through a validation process of enter password, texted security code, phone number etc. Only to do every single time I check. Though I love security measures, this app is the worst banking app I ever had in ease of use. Luckily, the team I have to work with far redeems the app. They're the best! (But please fox this app lol)

Thank you, Jessica, when the Mobile Banking software asks you to continue with a security code it is because there is something alerting the system to validate who you are. Some users have their devices set up to clear their cookies out each day which prompts the security code process to launch. Please call us at 877-848-5533 so we can assist you.

Insane amount of codes to enter. Bank was great up to a couple of months ago. now every time log in or move money new text codes. Couldn't raise my debit limit for a large purchase even when I had double the amount in account. Switched banks.
