The Staff Management System is designed to simplify and centralize essential HR operations across multiple organizations. Each organization can register their account through the web portal, after which their designated HR Managers or Team Leaders can begin managing staff operations. Once staff members are added via the portal, they can log in using the mobile app with credentials shared by their organization. Staff do not register themselves—this approach ensures better control, security, and a consistent setup process.

Different organizations can independently register their accounts from the website. Each organization can then manage its own branches, roles, and users without interference from others. This makes the platform ideal for businesses operating in multiple locations or with distributed teams.
2. Add Staff to the System
HR Managers can add staff via the portal, capturing key information such as job title, department, contact details, and start date. This ensures clean record-keeping and serves as the foundation for onboarding and communication.
3. Onboard Your Staff

4. Onboarding Training & Tracking

5. Policy/Training Updates & Acknowledgment Tracking
Compliance Officers and Training Coordinators can send out policy updates and new training requirements. The system tracks who has viewed and completed these updates to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.
6. Apply for Leave
Employees can request leave through the app, with a transparent approval flow for supervisors or HR. Leave history is stored and accessible for both the employee and the approvers.
7. Resignation Process
Employees can submit resignations formally within the app. This triggers the proper offboarding flow, notifying managers and HR while documenting exit details securely.
8. Push Notifications for Internal Updates
HR Managers and Team Leaders can broadcast updates, alerts, or announcements via push notifications to individuals or all staff, ensuring timely communication within the organization.
9. Staff Rota (Shift Scheduling)
Schedulers and Team Leaders can plan and share shift rotas directly from the portal. Staff receive real-time updates about their schedules in the app, making shift planning seamless.
