Ratings and reviews

I created a document from an outline accidentally. After closing, I tried deleting it. The app said I don't have permission to delete it. Having absolute control of your documents should be standard people. If this isn't a bug, then Microsoft has joined the legions of bad actors trying to control our storage. If it is, then someone needs to be axed. If this is an unknown company, I'd have deleted it. It's eroding my trust for the brand. Other customers encountering it likely would, too.

I have been a fan of MS products ever since the mid 90s. Especially, MS Word, it's where I started. I just have the free 30 day trial version, and while on a deadline, along with spending about 30 hours online researching the subject of Mortgage Foreclosure because we'd paid 8 months at one time. Now, I'm protesting that. I used this program to bypass areas I kept running into issues using MS Word. Instead of spending an uncertain amount of time figuring out what I should do. I can say Thank You

The only reason, quite literally, I haven't liberated myself from the misery of clouding with OneDrive is the inclusion of meaningful access to Word. After all, Microsoft essentially set the standard that I would think all developers would aspire to in the world of word processing. In other words, OneDrive sux so much that guilt by association cost Word two stars. Otherwise, I would love to feel obligated to revise this opinion with the glowing 5-star review Word deserves on its own merit .
