After having this for nearly two years, out of nowhere OneDrive uploaded all of my photos and videos without asking me, and there is no longer an option to turn this off. Now I have used all of my storage on files I don't want to be there and it demands I pay for an upgraded plan with more space. And the icing on the cake, there is now AI facial recognition that you have to opt-out of - but there is conveniently a "connection error" whenever I try to!

It came with my computer and stored items/had access to items when I never gave it permission to, and I never set the app up or touched it at all. I actively avoided setting it up due to one of my friends having issues with it. It also made some of my games give me errors. I spent way too much time with the issues this app gave me despite never setting it up in the first place. Honestly, it felt like an invasion of privacy and a whole lot of time wasted. Microsoft's customer support is terrible.

i do like One Drive, however, it can be a bit confusing (& frustrating!), to find files when it's really needed! Seems every time i try to upload a file from email or a site etc, i can never find'm! "&" usually only 3 albums show up to choose from if it's a photo! so i have to back out, start over & copy what's needed into an album that comes up when i'm in One Drive. if it's a document, i pretty much have to do the same but in One Drive, not albums. ...thank you
