The app cannot see my wifi and cannot connect to it properly with no proper error message, so I am not able to set up the vacuum cleaner and I am not able to tell what's wrong. It requires permission to location and storage, it does not even start without location being on. I don't know why it needs those permissions, but if you want to vacuum in the woods and save pictures from your powerbot, you can.

about 4 years ago, I bought Samsung Vacuum robot and enjoy it so much but when time passed, every time i've updated the app and things get harder and harder to use. For now, 2025, even my Vacuum robot still working properly but the app is hard to use, impossible to re-add existing one and it makes my life get harder.....Thank you for let me know next time dont purchasing Samsung products

I simply can't connect to the vacuum cleaner. I complete the steps asked in the app, the vacuum cleaner has the wifi signal flashing, but when I put my wifi password, it starts to connect, goes up to 25% and "Connection Failed", with an error 13506. There is no help on the internet for this, there is nothing that I can do. It's a shame that samsung has such a low quality app.
