Very difficult to add my device. Errors most of the time. If an error, it transitions back so fast it's Impossible to read what has gone wrong. If manage to add the device, I can only turn it on from the icon available in the main screen. I cannot go into device settings because I have to "wait for a moment!" (endless). The room temperature is misread from the app. 5°C difference from remote control. Can't set the "fin" either to divert air flow. I hope future versions fix these problems. Thks.

This app is slow, unreliable, and buggy. I have 3 carrier minisplits, and I often can't open a device to change the temperature. Or it won't turn on or off. Trying to change the temp through Google assistant often results in "not available". Sometimes the schedules don't execute at all. Carrier clearly has no interest in making this app work reliably, so I'll probably resort to a third party controller like sensibo. And avoid carrier in the future.

I have an AC unit that I control through this app and I'm not satisfied at all. It shows as offline half of the times and it's not a network issue. every other device of a different brand I have and is connected to the internet works. it's very unreliable.
