I love the variety of exercise routines to fit every level of ability and the suggested modifications. The community and coaches are so awesome, and I love listening to and sharing stories, ideas and encouragement! Best of all is the way they focus on everything from nutrition to physical and mental health! Awesome app!

The app is wonderful! I've just now had a technical problem after using it for a month or so. It registered almost 1,000 steps too many. No correction yet but I'm confident there will be. Food log could be more detailed so I could look back and see more specific detail like amounts & calories. Would also be awesome if we could enter info on how we are feeling emotionally & physically each day. That way we could see any correlation between that and the type and amount of food we eat.

Even though they advertise the app to be for those who are 50+, the app is friendly and open to all ages. The workouts they provided is good for any beginner of any age or to anyone who suffers with any physical disability/pain. The grocery list felt a bit impersonal but I wasn't expecting a full detailed list for the first week. Overall, it's okay. After you've completed week one, you have to subscribe to keep using it. If you don't mind paying the subscription, it could be the app for you.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Our workouts are specifically designed to start at the beginner level and are low-impact/joint-friendly. To help with weight loss, we provide members with a personal, color-coded grocery list (with your favorite ingredients highlighted) you can save on your phone as well as daily food log feedback.

What's new

- We’re thrilled to introduce some big new improvements to our food logs! You can now easily choose food items you ate from a dropdown list (or add new ones if needed) and get personalized feedback on your meals much more quickly than before. You’ll also now be able to instantly copy what you ate yesterday into today’s food log if you’d like.
- You can now easily share your favorite workouts, lessons, and resources from Mighty Health with your friends!
- Smashed some buggy bugs
