Ratings and reviews

Not the greatest for photos. It's an ok organizing system for marking a set of skin spots you want to remember to follow. But photo quality in-app is not as good as just simply taking your own photos. Plus they made it harder and more gimmicky to take a photo so you have to get someone's help taking photos especially for anything on your back.

The bottle I received for skin care broke and stopped dispensing on the 3rd day of application (never happened with Apostrophe). I contacted support multiple times without an answer. They want to charge me an additional $25 to extend messaging with the healthcare professional for a defective product.

Spent a lot of time trying to get the trial for the premium version and still couldn't. My bank has been verified, my card has been verified in the app without charging, my google, still can't get rid of that screen to go further. I just ended up adding a card again and again. Now I don't know if I remained subscribed and will be charged next month.
