This free XProtect Mobile app gives you secure access to your Milestone video surveillance system anytime, anywhere from your smartphone or tablet. Available in 32 languages the application lets you conveniently view live video, play back and export recorded video, listen to audio and speak through the camera-connected speakers using the Push-To-Talk button. Compatible with XProtect Corporate, XProtect Expert, XProtect Professional+, XProtect Express+, XProtect Essential+, and the Milestone Husky NVR series. When the app performed its latest update it is full of bugs and does not work correctly. Live view coming up with "connection lost" and playback simply does not work. For milestonesys who class themselves as having one of the most powerful open platform cctv software systems out there this is horrendous. No wonder the market is flooded with cheap softwares apps etc but at least they work. Sort it out milestone.

Disappointed in the latest version. This app used to work very well previously, but since a couple months ago, started giving us issues. The server side hotfixes have resolved the camera connection loss issue, but recording playback is still extremely slow and the app keeps freezing, even on our LAN connection. We have updated from 2019 R2 to 2020 R3 and installed the hotfixes as well, but no improvements.

Mobile server crashes every time when I try and open a video stream on web or in in the app, (same problem on other devices and server machines)tried tinkering with many settings incl not limiting playback streams. Tried everything I can think of.. still crashes. The windows server and client experience is perfect, I think the mobile server and client experience needs work. Great product tho except for mobile server crashes. Using modern Honeywell onvif cameras. Server runs on windows 10

• React faster with Access Control: Access control events from non-door access control units, such as a panic button, now also automatically notify the user and display video.

• Improved notification settings: Clear messages now tell you if you have access to push notifications but haven’t enabled them, or when you try to enable notifications without the required permissions.
