MindEar’s Tinnitus Solutions

🏫 Education
Many Tinnitus sufferers can regain control over their condition by understanding more about it. MindEar will teach you more about Tinnitus which, in turn, can help you better deal with the symptoms.

💪 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps sufferers focus on the positive in their lives and negate the negativity that Tinnitus brings. MindEar has many CBT activities that are designed to help you understand the connection between your thoughts and feelings.

🦋 Sound Therapy
Sound can distract your from your ear ringing or, through the process of habituation, help your brain to adapt to it and, eventually, ignore it. MindEar uses the experience of Sound Therapy soundscapes to transport you to a different place, exploring the calming sounds of nature.

🛏️ Sleep Therapy
Many Tinnitus sufferers report sleep deprivation which, in turn, can make Tinnitus worse. MindEar can give you sleep relief through guided Sleep Therapy sessions.

🏆 Rewarding Progression
MindEar uses points to track your progress and reward you for using the app frequently. Finding Tinnitus Relief will be fun with MindEar!

🧠 Mindfulness
Mindfulness has been found to help reduce stress and anxiety, while teaching those who practice it to be kind to themselves, taking each moment as it comes and for what it is. The MindEar Tinnitus App has a range of relaxation techniques and breathing exercises that can help you achieve a state of mindfulness.

My rating is intended as neutral. I've had intense tinnitus since I was a child, I have no memories of not having multiple tones in both my ears and never heard silence in my life, so this app did not present anything I wasn't already doing. But, I did get excited and possibly too hopeful that there was a way to actually make the sounds stop. Guess not. I'm glad I accepted it ages ago. This app might be useful to people who have recently developed tinnitus.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe you might still find some benefit in incorporating some of the stress management tools, or the relaxing soundscapes, particularly when you find yourself in quieter settings. Thanks for supporting our mission to deliver essential support to the many individuals who currently lack adequate resources.
