Daily Meditation & Movement
Build a healthy habit with Daily Meditation and Daily Movement. A new practice every day, ready for you on your home screen. In Daily Meditation, choose between 5–30 minutes of guided meditation. Sit comfortably, take a deep breath, and arrive in the present moment. Daily Movement is a new 15-minute session each day, combining gentle yoga-inspired movement, a short strength sequence, and a grounding ending with stretching, breath, and stillness.
Meditation
Begin with The Fundamentals — seven guided meditations that teach the foundations of meditation and how to live mindfully. Continue with The Meditation Journey, a series of 30 sessions exploring how to grow in wisdom and compassion. Benefits such as reduced stress, better sleep, and greater emotional resilience are natural by-products. The deeper intention is learning how to live from presence. You’ll also find individual meditations for stress, anxiety, well-being, or whenever you need to return to presence.
