Meditation
Here you will find over 250 guided meditations in Swedish based on various themes such as happiness, stress, emotions and relationships. In the meditation journey, you will learn to meditate in seven different parts that contain a total of 49 meditations. Here you will find guided meditations for when life happens, such as before a first date or if you are feeling down. You will also find series by Sweden's leading experts where you can immerse yourself in topics such as presence, social mindfulness, sleep, self-compassion, mindfulness, nature, self-leadership, communication and retreats.

Knowledge
Go deeper into your inner adventure and listen to old and new episodes from Sweden's meditation podcast, Meditera Mera, completely free of advertising. Here you will find insights that describe the benefits of meditation, reflections on how mindfulness can contribute to a more meaningful life and the science of meditation.
