Mind Guard is a mental wellness companion for Android. It helps you notice how you feel across the day, respond on harder days and keep gentle structure without living in the app.
What you can do:
• Check-ins — four daily phases (morning, afternoon, evening and night) with an eight-point mood scale, optional causes and short journal notes.
• Tools — six guided exercises including breathing, grounding, a CBT thought record, gratitude, micro movement and sleep wind-down.
• Programmes — multi-day routines (seven or fourteen days) that combine tools, reflections and checklists.
• Insights — trends, heatmaps, weekly summaries, top causes and activity tracking. Premium unlocks extended trends, deeper phase views, cause–mood links and tool effectiveness analysis.
• Achievements — badges, streaks, XP and progress across categories.
• Personalisation — focus areas, starter tags, motivation tone and recommendations that fit you.
• SOS — quick access to grounding and breathing plus UK crisis helplines. No ads on this flow.
