I love having so many mental health resources in one spot. This app makes it easy to do a quick guided breathwork or meditation session when I need it. I like the different approaches offered here so I can find what works for me. The articles in the lab section are informative but conversational. I like how words are highlighted throughout the articles that take you to a glossary if you're not sure of a term.

This is great app for any one feeling stressed or just needing a little help getting through the day, or looking to improve their mental health! Sometimes it can be hard to ask others for help and this app allows for you to privately find resources. I highly recommend looking into this app and seeing where it takes you and hopefully you find a fuller sense of self, calm, and peace you deserve! Take care of your selves!

never had a forced, unskippable video play in an app before you can actually access the app. that's pretty terrible.
