Bought The Pizza Club card but cant use in the app for deliveries while at home. I must go into a shop to use the card and show it to them on my phone. What a horribly inconvenient setup. Did the developers not think that people might want to use it for deliveries (which would equal more profits for the company since people like me are going to get pizza less often if have to walk to a store) or are the developers not skilled enough to make it work with deliveries? Either way, its bad.

No option for special instructions! Please add this simple feature when adding menu items to cart.

I’m very disappointed with how The Pizza Company app handles its coupons. The app allows users to redeem points for pizza coupons, but once redeemed, they cannot be used within the same app! Instead, you’re forced to use another app or call to place an order. This is completely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having a digital coupon system in the first place. If the app offers a reward system, it should allow seamless redemption within the app itself. Please fix this issue.
