Bought The Pizza Club card but cant use in the app for deliveries while at home. I must go into a shop to use the card and show it to them on my phone. What a horribly inconvenient setup. Did the developers not think that people might want to use it for deliveries (which would equal more profits for the company since people like me are going to get pizza less often if have to walk to a store) or are the developers not skilled enough to make it work with deliveries? Either way, its bad.

tried to complete the order but never got through. Stuck in this never ending loop. Clicked at the basket icon then appeared the OTP page, once entered it brought me back to the HOME page again. impossible to place order

Tried logging in, got an error saying “An unexpected condition was encountered. Please try again.” App doesn’t let me sign in at all. Tried restarting, reinstalling and still the same. If I can’t even log in, what’s the point of the app? Please fix this.
