Bought The Pizza Club card but cant use in the app for deliveries while at home. I must go into a shop to use the card and show it to them on my phone. What a horribly inconvenient setup. Did the developers not think that people might want to use it for deliveries (which would equal more profits for the company since people like me are going to get pizza less often if have to walk to a store) or are the developers not skilled enough to make it work with deliveries? Either way, its bad.

I shared my GPS location, spent 30 mins filling the address in. Then it says cannot deliver. So use GPS location which is almost exact, create my order. Then again says cannot deliver. The restaurant is less than 4km away in rural Kanchanaburi. So thanks for waisting my time, when the app request for GPS location it should say cannot deliver. Not after we create the order. Terrible design and bad for PR. still not good.

Terrible app ever!!! it happened to me twice even using latest version of app. It charged my card but no order was tracke.. Causing to contact staffs..waste time.. Been customer for many years..should be enough to stop ordering online..
